Olga Klenovskaya has a diverse work experience in import and export management. Olga started their career at Crystal Plant in 2002 as an Export/Import Manager, where they were responsible for managing the company's import and export activities and handling customs clearance. In 2007, they joined ZAO "Rushimset" as the Head of Import Department, where they played a crucial role in establishing and organizing the import activities from scratch. Their responsibilities included overseeing a team, developing logistics schemes, managing traffic flow through customs, and sourcing and selecting suppliers. In 2014, Olga joined Castorama Russia as the Head of the Import Department, further leveraging their expertise in import management.
Olga Klenovskaya holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they pursued second higher education at Stolipins Institute of State Law and Management in Moscow from 2002 to 2005. Their specialization during this period was in the field of International Economy. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. These certifications include "MITx Supply Chain Management MicroMasters" in various areas such as Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Dynamics, Supply Chain Technology and Systems, Supply Chain Fundamentals, and Supply Chain Design.
