Olga Klenovskaya has a diverse work experience in import and export management. Olga started their career at Crystal Plant in 2002 as an Export/Import Manager, where they were responsible for managing the company's import and export activities and handling customs clearance. In 2007, they joined ZAO "Rushimset" as the Head of Import Department, where they played a crucial role in establishing and organizing the import activities from scratch. Their responsibilities included overseeing a team, developing logistics schemes, managing traffic flow through customs, and sourcing and selecting suppliers. In 2014, Olga joined Castorama Russia as the Head of the Import Department, further leveraging their expertise in import management.

Olga Klenovskaya holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007.
