Henrik Carlberg

Henrik Carlberg is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in IT consultancy, infrastructure architecture, and global IT operations management. Currently serving as an IT Consultant at Castra AB since November 2024, Henrik previously held the position of Head of IT at MATCHi, where significant accomplishments included enhancing IT infrastructure and implementing robust IT and Information Security policies. With a strong track record at AFRY as an Information Technology Architect and at ÅF in various roles including Business CIO and CIO, Henrik has effectively managed IT operations across multiple countries, led successful IT service transitions, and overseen major global infrastructure projects. Notable achievements span strategic IT partnerships, the seamless integration of acquired companies, and the deployment of efficient communication platforms during tenure at Benima.
