Therese Grahn

Therese Grahn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, requirements analysis, and project management. Currently serving as a Konsult - kravanalytiker at Castra since May 2025, Therese has previously held positions at Adaptit AB as a Konsult- Kravledare and at BDO Sverige as a Kravanalytiker och projektledare. Additional roles include UX Research and kravanalys at Humanova Utbildning AB, and various project management positions at Bogleboo AB and Pyzzle it, where Therese also served as VD. Prior experience includes key account management at Telenor and project leadership at Stiftelsen Friends and AGO AB. Therese holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media from the University of Gävle, along with certifications in Agile Project Management and UX Design from IHM Business School and Hyper Island, respectively.
