Deepesh Baxi

Deepesh Baxi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Deepesh began their career as an Experienced Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co., where they led large teams and worked with clients in various industries, performing financial due diligence reviews and process re-engineering.

Baxi then joined Castrol in 2002, taking on roles such as Chief Internal Auditor, Head of Strategy Planning and Financial Performance Management, and General Manager of Finance, Accounts, and Controls. Deepesh was responsible for audit strategy, fraud awareness, budgeting, forecasting, and setting up finance processes for new business ventures.

In 2011, Baxi moved to BP and held positions like Global Downstream Finance and Planning, Global Business Restructuring and Transformation, and Head of Strategy for Asia Pacific. In these roles, they worked closely with senior leadership teams and was responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and leading mergers and acquisitions.
