Jennifer Lu

Jennifer Lu has a strong background in marketing, with extensive experience as a Marketing Director. Jennifer held this role at BP Castrol Auto Lubricants China from 2011 to present and at AkzoNobel Decorative Paints China (formerly ICI Paints) from 2003 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Johnson & Johnson from 1997 to 2003. Jennifer is currently working as a Senior Marketing Director at Esteé Lauder, a position they have held since November 2015.

Jennifer Lu earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their middle school education at Shanghai Middle School from 1986 to 1992.
