Eric Stewart

Eric Stewart has a strong background in operational analysis, reporting, and strategy in the food and beverage industry. Eric was the Head of Operational Analysis & Reporting at Casual Dining Group since November 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Pret A Manger, where they held various roles including Senior Strategy & Operations Business Partner, Financial Business Partner - Commercial & Operations, and Commercial Analyst. During their tenure at Pret A Manger, Eric was responsible for implementing and executing key performance indicators (KPIs), designing and creating operational reports, and developing operational strategies for challenging regions. Eric also played a key role in analyzing business performance, creating strategies, and developing monitoring dashboards. Eric's accomplishments include successfully upgrading operations, saving costs through implementing efficient tools and systems, and improving project management vision. Additionally, they generated and launched a labor model that increased company profit and is still used as a key tool in staff scheduling.
