Phil Pears Mih

Phil Pears MIH has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and catering industry. Phil started their career at Argos in 1997, where they worked their way up from the graduate scheme to becoming a General Manager and Cluster Manager. Phil then joined Yum! Brands in 2000, where they served as a General Manager and New Openings Manager for Pizza Hut. In 2003, they became an Area Manager at ASK Restaurants, overseeing multiple sites and achieving record-breaking sales. Phil joined The Restaurant Group in 2008 as an Area Manager before moving to Bay Restaurant Group - La Tasca, where they worked as an Operations Manager. In 2011, they joined Compass Group as a Regional Manager, responsible for multiple units and managing various catering services.
