Donny West

Donny West is the Head of Technology at Cat Daddy Games, leading technical operations and game development since July 2025. Previously, Donny held significant roles at NZXT, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer focused on web development, and at Magic Leap as a Lead Software Engineer overseeing full-stack web applications. Earlier experience includes serving as a Frontend Engineer at The Elegant Office, managing front-end development for a major online retailer, as well as roles in sales and marketing management at Dacasso, operations management at Signs Galore, and project management at FedEx Office. Donny's educational background includes business studies at Florida Atlantic University from 2001 to 2003.
