Mariano Quesada is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the BPO and contact center sectors. Currently serving as Gerente de Operaciones at CAT Technologies - ADVAL S.A. since June 2014, Mariano oversees one of Argentina's largest national BPO service providers with operations in Buenos Aires and La Punta, San Luis, as well as commercial offices in Miami. Prior to this role, Mariano held several leadership positions, including Gerente de Operaciones del Centro de Contactos Corporativo at Grupo Supervielle, where Mariano launched critical inbound services.
