Catalate is a pricing, e-commerce and distribution company that empowers resorts and attractions businesses to drive more revenue and delight their customers before they arrive. The Company offers tools for attractions, ski areas, waterparks, and other ticketing businesses to leverage revenue management and dynamic pricing to become more successful. Catalate’s pricing services are available via API to any ecommerce platform, or in its native e-commerce platform, Cloud Store. Catalate is an independently operated company owned by Skitude Holdings AS, a publicly listed company on the Norwegian stock exchange.

Catalate has seen significant growth outside of the North American ski market serving customers in the US, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Japan, New Zealand, Australia and Chile. Catalate’s technology also powers Liftopia.com, the largest marketing and distribution platform for ski ticket products, rentals, lessons, and other mountain experiences. After operating Liftopia, Catalate’s team identified an opportunity to be completely focused on the primary drivers of e-commerce performance for attractions businesses on the move to 100% pre-sale. Catalate is unique in that it is a SaaS ecommerce platform whose team has actually run a B2C ecommerce business.

The Role: We're looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to drive our expansion. You will be responsible for selling our E-commerce ticketing platform and services to mid-size and larger attractions that are looking to increase their advanced purchase revenue, leverage revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies, and provide a better online buying experience for their customers. This will require prospecting, attending trade shows, selling, and managing existing partners that you bring on board. As the first summer focused sales person, you will also be responsible for driving the strategy for this segment in partnership with the Catalate leadership team. Drive sales of our e-commerce and pricing solutions with attractions in North America, with a focus on growing our portfolio. Develop long lasting e-commerce partnerships, negotiate agreements, and obtain high-quality ticket inventory. Help develop successful product and pricing strategies for our partners, rooted in data analytics. Travel to attraction destinations to meet with top partners or prospects. Work cross-functionally, in partnership with the Head of Sales to drive strategy. Be the face of Catalate at industry conferences and shows and represent the company whenever necessary.
