Matt Cohen

Matt Cohen has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Matt started their career as a Sr. Analyst at Hotwire in 2002 and later worked as a Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning Associate at SummerHill Homes from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they took on the role of a Summer Finance Associate at Cisco Systems. From 2011 to 2021, they held multiple positions at Liftopia, Inc., including Director of Finance & Operations, VP of Finance, and CFO. During their time at Liftopia, they played a significant role in the company's growth, managing a team of 60+ and generating revenues of $12mm. In 2021, Matt joined Catalate as CFO/COO and later became the Interim CEO. Matt successfully led the company through a founder/CEO departure and implemented corporate restructuring. Matt achieved revenue retention of ~93% and secured key partnerships across North America and Europe. Under their leadership, Catalate achieved significant growth in GMV and ARR.
