Charlene R Beard

Charlene R Beard's work experience begins with their role at General Motors Corporation in 1989, where they served as GM Learning - Senior Leader for over two decades. During their tenure, they also held positions as HR: Global Integration Manager and Learning and Performance Manager. In 2012, they joined Samsung Electronics as Director of Human Resources Development, focusing on global leadership and employee capability development. Following this, Beard worked at North American Bancard as Director of Learning & Development, responsible for implementing a comprehensive corporate learning plan. Charlene R then transitioned to Microsoft as Director of Leadership & Management Development before joining BNSF Logistics as Director of Learning and Development. Most recently, they have been leading the Learning and Development function as Head of Global Learning and Development and Director of Global Learning and Development at Catalent Pharma Solutions.

Charlene R Beard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Michigan State University. Charlene R has also pursued further education at Walden University, specializing in Adult Learning with a focus on Learning & Performance.
