Mike Shearer

Mike Shearer, MBA has over 20 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Mike currently serves as the VP of Global Business Development Zydis at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they lead a team of 17 staff members and is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while exceeding sales and revenue targets. Prior to their current role, Mike held various positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions, including Vice President of Global Business Development and Vice President of Business Development for North America. Mike has also worked as a Director of Business Development for both the Western & Central Regions and North America at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Before joining Catalent, Mike served as a Senior Business Development Specialist at Quintiles. Throughout their career, Mike has consistently demonstrated exceptional sales competencies and has been recognized for their performance with multiple awards, including the President's Club Award for three consecutive years.

Mike Shearer, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in General Studies at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 2003 to 2006. Mike then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management at the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management from 2007 to 2010.
