Rishi Doctor

Rishi Doctor, MBA, currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Catalent Pharma Solutions since March 2022. Previously, Rishi held various positions at USG, including Supply Chain Manager and Process Improvement Lead, focusing on enhancing plant throughput and reducing downtime in the Surfaces Division. Rishi began the career as a Project Engineer at USG and gained valuable experience through engineering internships at Performance Chemical Company and Fasken Oil and Ranch, Ltd. Rishi's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration focused on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin. Rishi is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, dedicated to driving success and making a significant impact in the field.
