Rakesh Kumar

Rakesh Kumar is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in total rewards and payroll management. Currently serving as Associate General Manager - Total Rewards at IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited since June 2022, Rakesh has been instrumental in designing executive compensation programs and conducting job evaluations to ensure equitable compensation structures. Prior to this role, Rakesh was with Jubilant Agri & Consumer Products Ltd. as Senior Human Resources Manager, developing a comprehensive total rewards strategy and executing salary surveys. Additional experience includes positions at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, Mynd Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Aon Hewitt, where Rakesh focused on manpower budgeting, payroll operations, and client interaction. Rakesh holds a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and has a Master’s Degree in HR & Finance from the Imperial Institute of Management Science & Research.
