Sylvie Leonhard has extensive experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the field of talent and organizational development. Sylvie started their career at Faurecia as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development from 2001 to 2004. Sylvie then joined Hager as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for managing a site with 400 employees and played a key role in implementing ISO and LEAN manufacturing practices. From 2011 to 2015, Sylvie worked as a Human Resources Director at Jet Aviation. Sylvie later moved to Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they held different positions, including Director of Talent Management and Director of Talent Planning and Operations Leadership. Their most recent role at Catalent was as Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development, where they developed and executed talent strategies and served as a strategic adviser to the executive leadership team. Additionally, they temporarily served as the interim Vice President of Talent Acquisition, leading a global team of recruiters.
Sylvie Leonhard obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from UFR Arts, Lettres et Langues - Nancy (Université de Lorraine) between 1998 and 2000. Sylvie then pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management & Business Administration at Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar from 2005 to 2007.
