Ashley R. Willard, MMB, MBA

Ashley R. Willard, MMB, MBA has held a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical industry since 2014. Ashley R. began their career as a QC Auditor at Novella Clinical, Inc. in 2014, followed by a Development Engineer role at Novartis in 2015. In 2016, they joined Biologics, Inc. as a Manager of Business Development and Strategic Account Manager. In 2020, they moved to Camargo Pharmaceutical Services as Manager of Commercial Solutions. Most recently, in 2022 they became the Director of Business Development at Catalia Health.

Ashley R. Willard obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Human Biology from North Carolina State University in 2012. Ashley R. then went on to pursue a Master of Microbial Biotechnology from the same university from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they began a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in BioSciences Management, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, Ashley has a certification in Emerging Leaders from The BB&T Leadership Institute.
