Ellie Chambers

Ellie Chambers has extensive work experience in various roles related to people innovations, performance development, and behavioral intervention. Ellie most recently served as the Director of People Innovations and Analytics at Catalight, where they held previous roles as Associate Director of People Innovations and Associate Director of Performance Development. Prior to their time at Catalight, Ellie worked at Easterseals Bay Area, where they held positions such as Performance Development Manager and Clinical Project Coordinator. Ellie also has experience in private practice as a Tutor and Applied Behavioral Therapist. Ellie's early career included roles at JumpStart Learning to Learn, a private respite worker, Berkeley Unified School District as an Instructional Aide, the Helen Wills Neuroscience Research Institute as a Research Assistant, and Abilities United as a Creative Recreational Specialist.

Ellie Chambers received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in Psychology, focusing on Biological and Developmental studies. Ellie then pursued a Master's Degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.
