Sara Mathews, LCSW, MBA has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Sara is currently serving as the Vice President of Network Operations at Catalight. Prior to that, they worked at Ascension as the VP of Behavioral Health and Addiction Services Operations for almost seven years. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Director of Operations at Meridian Health Plan, where they oversaw multiple functional departments and ensured compliance with state contracts. Sara also has experience with UHS, where they worked as an Associate Administrator and later took on roles as a Director of Assessment and Referral, Utilization Review, and Business Development, and as a Community Liaison. Before that, they worked as a Crisis Therapist at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4). Sara has a strong background in operations, leadership, and clinical evaluation.
