Luke Goodman

Luke Goodman is a seasoned HR data and analytics professional with a diverse range of experiences spanning various organizations. Currently serving as the Global HR Data and Reward Manager at Catalina Re since November 2022, Luke also heads HR Analytics at Running Analytics, where consulting services encompass HR Analytics and HR Operations. Previous roles include leadership positions in HR Analytics at Enstar Group and dunnhumby, alongside a technical reporting management role at Connected World Services. Extensive experience is also demonstrated through positions at OH Assist Limited, Arthur J. Gallagher International, LWS Consultants, Credit Suisse, and Ernst & Young, showcasing strong skills in reporting, data manipulation, stakeholder management, and project management. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy, Management, and Finance from the University of Wollongong.
