Rebecca Payton

Rebecca Payton is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance sector, currently serving as Deputy Chair of the Legacy Committee at Insurance & Reinsurance Legacy Association Ltd since January 2023. With extensive experience at Catalina Re as Head of UK Direct Claims and Senior Claims Manager since August 2020, Rebecca previously held the position of Associate Director at Davies Group from November 2019 to July 2020. Prior roles include Head of Occupational Disease at Davies Casualty and solicitor positions at Plexus Law and Weightmans. Rebecca holds an LLM in Law from Staffordshire University, completed in 2002, and attended King Edward VI College, Stourbridge from 1988 to 1992.
