Simon Betts has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon started their career at Homebase, where they worked as a Woodcare / Decorating Accessories Buying Assistant and later as a Woodcare Assistant Buyer. Simon then moved on to DIXONS RETAIL GROUP LIMITED, where they held various roles including Senior International Buyer - OEM Computing, International Buyer Essentials, and Imaging Accessories Buyer. At Carphone Warehouse, they served as a Group Buying Manager for Laptops and Tablets.

In 2012, Simon joined Tesco as a Buying Manager for Computing and Telecoms in Central Europe. Simon later became the Category Manager / Head of Buying and Merchandising for Telecoms and Computing before being promoted to the Head of Buying and Merchandising for Electrical and Telecoms in Central Europe. Currently, Simon is serving as an Interim Client Director at Catalina UK. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on delivering results, building relationships, and staying updated with market trends.

Simon Betts attended Angley Sports College from 1992 to 1998. Simon then went on to study at West Kent College from 1998 to 2000. Simon has also obtained a certification in MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
