Dulani McLaurin

Dulani McLaurin, MBA, CSPO has a diverse range of work experience. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Product Management for Store Platform & Technology at Catalina USA, where they lead the development and maintenance of software and hardware platforms across Catalina's global store network. Prior to this role, Dulani was the Director of Product Management for Store Platform & Technology at Catalina and was responsible for supporting and enhancing the store media network.

Before joining Catalina, Dulani held various roles at Vertiv Co (formerly Emerson Network Power) and Emerson Network Power as a Product Manager in the Power Management Division. In these roles, they developed product plans, marketing strategies, and pricing, and organized and led webinars, program status meetings, and training sessions.

Furthermore, Dulani has experience as a Promotion & Sales Planning Analyst at Bob Evans Farms, Inc, where they provided recommendations on customer expenses, promotional results, and sales activity. They also analyzed market data to deliver strategic recommendations for growth.

Earlier in their career, Dulani worked as an MP Business Analyst at Target and owned and managed Phoenix Electric LLC. They also held a Business Manager role at D'Laurin Electric.

Dulani McLaurin holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, which was obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, McLaurin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, from 1999 to 2005. In addition, McLaurin has obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from The Braintrust Consulting Group in October 2018.
