Brian Brennan

Brian Brennan serves as the General Counsel at Catalio Capital Management since September 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at York Capital Management from January 2014 to September 2023, focusing on fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and client interactions. Brian also served as Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at PineBridge Investments, working with global Alternatives teams, from March 2010 to December 2013. Earlier in Brian's career, the role of Vice President & Assistant General Counsel was held at AIG Global Investment Group from March 2007 to March 2010. Brian began a career in law as an Associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP from 2000 to 2007, specializing in corporate law and structured private investment funds. Brian Brennan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, Cum Laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History, Government from Manhattan University.
