Camilla Z.

Camilla Z. is a Data Scientist II at Catalist since June 2023, with a strong background in data science and quantitative methods. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University in the Fall of 2022 for Michael Parrott's GIS & Spatial Analysis class, and an Analyst Intern at the US Government Accountability Office in Summer 2022. Camilla has also worked as a Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University and the Center for Social Media and Politics at NYU, and held an Interning Research Associate position at the Institute for Science and International Security. Early career roles include a Marketing Communications Intern at The Skin Cancer Foundation, a Figure Skating Instructor for the US Figure Skating Association, and a Development Intern at the New York Police & Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund. Camilla holds a Master of Arts in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences with a Data Science Track from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with double minors in Data Science and Chinese from New York University, complemented by a study abroad semester at NYU Shanghai.
