Petko Petkov

Petko Petkov is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the FoodTech, hospitality, and consultancy sectors. As the Founder of CHEFIN, Petko has developed comprehensive business strategies encompassing marketing, operational processes, and corporate governance while fostering growth and innovation. In addition to current roles as Managing Director of Global FoodTech at Catallyze and Head of Investments & Consulting at WIN Family Office, Petko co-founded UMAMYA and served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Academy of Entrepreneurs. Previous positions include Director of Research Operations at YouGov and Head of Research & Insights at APD Group, where data-driven decision-making and strategic partnerships were key focuses. Petko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology and Chemistry, and multiple certifications in project management and digital marketing, including a diploma in Quantum Computing.
