Tracy Guiou Ph.d., Bcba-D, Coba

Tracy Guiou, Ph.D., BCBA-D, COBA has a diverse work experience in the field of pediatric and youth mental health and wellness. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Catalpa Health, an organization that offers a wide range of services including psychological and neuropsychological evaluation, counseling, therapy, medication management, and an intensive outpatient program. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Vice President, Program Development at Kadiant. Tracy also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Pathfinder Progress and BECA: Behavioral Education for Children with Autism. Additionally, Tracy has worked as a Licensed Psychologist and Psychology Fellow at Nationwide Children's Hospital, and as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University.
