Pedro Almeida

Pedro Almeida is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and digital tools design. Currently serving as Product Lead at Catalpa International since August 2018, Pedro has contributed to the WB Impact program in Papua New Guinea, focusing on Human Centred Design initiatives. Prior to this role, Pedro was a Production Manager at Catalpa, working on standardizing product development pipelines. Earlier experience includes consulting for Empreza Diak NGO in Timor-Leste and co-founding Musikki, a music platform aimed at integrating global musical knowledge. Pedro's technical background includes roles as a web developer and consultant for various organizations, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Universidade de Aveiro. Continuing professional development includes a workshop on Agile for Digital Projects.
