Joan Ramon Arcas

Joan Ramon Arcas is a public official at Generalitat de Catalunya since November 2019, bringing extensive experience in system administration from previous roles at ICOT - INFORMATICA i COMUNICACIONS from 2010 to November 2019. In the role of systems administrator, Joan Ramon was responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems with virtualization in Hyper-V and VMware, managing Citrix environments, networks, firewalls, backups, and Microsoft Cloud services, while also providing user support and incident resolution both remotely and on-site. Additionally, as a technical intern, Joan Ramon focused on server maintenance, covering operating systems, backups, and software. Joan Ramon holds a Técnico Superior degree in Administration of Computer Systems obtained from IES Francesc Vidal i Barraquer between 2008 and 2010.
