Jason A. Schulist

Jason A. Schulist is an experienced executive and leader with a diverse background in community development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Fox Valley Data Exchange and as Founder and Chief Flourishing Officer at the Generative Local Community Institute, Jason focuses on cultivating human potential to address complex community challenges. Previous roles include Vice President at The Boldt Company, where Jason led the Operational Excellence program, and Vice President at Appvion, Inc., recognized for innovative culture change. Jason also held leadership positions at DTE Energy, driving significant improvements across a $1B project portfolio.
