Kim Barnas

Kim Barnas has worked as the CEO of Catalysis Inc. since 2010. Kim joined the faculty in 2010 and became the President in April 2015. Catalysis Inc. focuses on transforming the healthcare industry by providing better value for patients through lean healthcare education and implementation assistance. Prior to that, they worked at ThedaCare from 1994 to 2014, where they served as the Senior Vice President and President of Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center. At ThedaCare, they were responsible for the system's hospitals, homecare, and hospice divisions. Kim played a key role in creating a system strategy and business model to differentiate the organization in the market and achieve organizational goals.

Kim Barnas obtained their MS degree in Health Care Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in the year 1996.
