Mardell Hall

Mardell Hall, PMP, has over 30 years of work experience in various project management and consulting roles. Mardell started their career at RD Labs Inc. in 1984, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Project Lead until 1987. Mardell then joined Western Farm Credit Bank as an Assistant VP of MIS from 1986 to 1993. In 1993, they became the CEO/Consultant at Catalysis Group, Inc., where they worked until joining IBM Global Services for the EDD Y2K contract in 1998. As a Project Manager for IBM, they were responsible for identifying and analyzing electronic interfaces for Y2K conflicts and managing a development team. Mardell continued in this role until 2001. In 2010, they joined Visionary Integration Professionals as a Sr. Project Manager, working as a subcontractor until 2013.
