Stephen R Houston

Stephen R Houston is the founder and Executive Chairman of Houston Acquisitions, an investment company focused on property solutions and start-up businesses since April 2002. Houston is also an Investment Committee Member at ACF Investors, where efforts concentrate on enabling high-potential SMEs to achieve growth with an investment capacity of £100M. As Angel Investor of the Year for Catalyst NI in 2013-2014, Houston has played a significant role in supporting startups and entrepreneurial initiatives through mentoring programs with Invest Northern Ireland, such as The Accelerating Growth Programme, The Leader Programme, and Propel Programme. Previous roles include Executive Chairman at QuizFortune, where Houston facilitated its transition to a U.S.-facing company, and Non-Executive Director at SOPHIA Search. Houston holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Computer Sciences from Queen's University Belfast and has completed further education at Yale University.
