Joe Lupone

Joe Lupone has extensive experience in executive leadership positions. Joe is currently serving as the CEO of Catalyst Acoustics Group, where they led the acquisition of several companies within the noise control industry. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Sound Seal, where they oversaw organic and acquisitive growth, including the integration of multiple acquired companies. Joe Lupone also served as the President of Windsor Marketing Group and InteliCoat Technologies, where they successfully turned around the latter company's financial performance. Joe also held various roles at Sun Capital Partners, where they acted as the CEO of a portfolio company. Earlier in their career, Joe Lupone was the President of Reflexite Display Optics and held multiple positions at Rockwell Automation, including Managing Director for the UK and Middle East region. Overall, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic acquisition skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.

Joe Lupone attended Michigan State University from 1981 to 1986 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
