Joe Siddiqui is an experienced professional in the development and project management sectors, currently serving as Development Manager at Catalyst Capital Partners since May 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Project Manager at Wood Partners from November 2021 to May 2024 and served as Managing Director at KATERRA from May 2018 to June 2021. Joe also accumulated significant experience at Forest City Realty Trust, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President of Development and Development Associate from July 2012 to April 2018. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Construction Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, as well as a High School Diploma from St. Francis Preparatory School.
