Kathryn Way

Kathryn Way is a skilled analytics and reporting specialist with extensive experience in clinical data programming and management. Currently serving as a Senior Analytics & Reporting Specialist at Catalyst Clinical Research, LLC since June 2018, Kathryn focuses on providing customized Visual Analytics reports using Power BI and SAS VA, alongside generating ad hoc reports for clinical trial data review. Previously, Kathryn held various significant roles including Senior Clinical Programmer/EDC Developer at Cd3, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed generating submission-ready SDTM/ADaM domains and creating statistical tables. Additional experience includes leadership positions in clinical systems and programming at Replidyne, Inc., Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Purdue Pharma, and Bayer HealthCare, contributing to a robust career in the pharmaceutical and clinical research field. Kathryn holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
