Roger Holcombe

Roger Holcombe is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder and Member of Catalyst Collective since 2020, Roger has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Previously, Roger served as Owner - CEO/CFO of Dental Professionals from 2019 to 2025. Roger's career at Microsoft spanned from 2004 to 2017, where responsibilities included Senior Controller for Worldwide Commercial Customer Group, Group Controller for Japan Enterprise Services, and several finance management positions. Roger holds an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from Washington State University.
