Melissa Monarko

Melissa Monarko is currently the Director at Catalyst Connection. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Marketing Analyst for ATI Flat Rolled Products from September 2008 to June 2014. In their previous role, Melissa was responsible for all aspects of their depot material program, managing inventory levels at five U.S. depot locations, setting pricing, and marketing the program. Melissa also coordinated and managed the process of their SBU's long term agreements (LTA's), and worked closely with their Credit Department to manage customer rebate agreements. Melissa provided the ATI corporate office with various reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for company financials. In addition, they provided analysis to management to aid in pricing decisions, and assisted in developing their SBU's annual sales forecast. Melissa also worked closely with their Inside Sales team to facilitate management of customer accounts from a marketing perspective, and was responsible for maintenance/enhancements of the Inside Sales Pricing Tool.

Melissa Monarko holds a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies & Spanish from Allegheny College.
