Paul Cook

Paul Cook has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Paul is currently serving as the Managing Director - Software Engineering at Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc., where they lead a team of 16 software developer/engineers. In this position, they collaborate on strategic plans for customer satisfaction, manages the software engineering team's P&L, and oversees team utilization and resource planning.

Prior to this, Paul worked as the Director of Customer Success at Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they managed a team of 5 specialists responsible for overseeing the full customer life-cycle, from pre-sales to ongoing support and account retention. Paul also played a key role in strategic planning, business development, and account management.

Paul's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Brand Manager at Pregis, where they led brand management and ensured compliance with brand promise and product positioning. Paul also held the position of Cohesive Product Manager at Pregis, where they developed and executed annual marketing plans, including market research, competition analysis, and strategy formulation.

Prior to Pregis, Paul worked at Surface Guard Inc., initially as a Marketing Coordinator and later as a Marketing Manager & Sales Specialist.

Paul Cook earned a Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing from Northern Illinois University in 1999.
