Erica Christy

Erica Christy has extensive experience in mental health and counseling, currently serving as the Fairfield City School District Lead at Catalyst Counseling, LLC since October 2019, where responsibilities include supporting a team of licensed therapists and generating data reports. Previously, Erica held positions as a Clinical Coordinator and a School Based & Office Based Therapist, focusing on client care, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Erica's experience at Necco.org from July 2009 to July 2022 includes roles as a Therapist, Independent Living Case Manager, and Foster Care Case Manager, providing a range of therapeutic services and support to clients in various settings. Erica holds a Master of Social Work degree focused on Children & Families from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Adolescent English Education from Miami University.
