Marcel has worked at Catalyst Family for over 8 years, starting off as a Contracts Manager. When Marcel started with the agency, there were no ongoing quality systems in place to ensure compliance. Marcel piloted and streamlined the ways in which Catalyst Family ensures compliance while supporting the field. Marcel is now the Director of Field Support and Compliance. Marcel holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and Master of Business Administration Human Resource Management degree from the University of Phoenix. She has always known she wanted to help people in a social service capacity. At Catalyst Family Inc., Marcel is able to help families by ensuring that they comply with the California Department of Education (CDE) and Community Care Licensing.
