Susan Dumars

Susan Dumars is the President at Catalyst Family Inc. Susan has over fifteen years of experience in the child development field. Susan started their career as a Chief Program Officer at Continuing Development Incorporated, Child Development Centers in 1999. Susan held this position for five years before moving on to their current role. Susan has been with Catalyst Family Inc. for over ten years and has been instrumental in its growth and success.

Susan Dumars has a Master of Arts in Education from Mills College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from U.C. Davis.

Debbie Phillips - Site Supervisor, Mariana Bosch - Program Director, and Audrey Wyatt - Field Support & Contracts Manager report to Susan Dumars.
