Rebecca Kavanagh serves as the Neighbourhood Experience Manager at Catalyst Housing Limited, overseeing approximately 2,500 properties in the Oxford area since May 2017. Prior to this position, Rebecca held various roles at Housing Solutions Group from June 2013 to May 2017, including Tenancy and Neighbourhood Supervisor and Tenancy and Neighbourhood Officer, where responsibilities included staff management, performance improvement, and handling rent arrears. Rebecca's education includes qualifications in First Line Management from the Chartered Management Institute, Housing Practice from the Chartered Institute of Housing, and an NVQ in Health and Social Care.
