Ashley Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and international affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties since September 2019, Ashley has held multiple key roles, including Operations Manager and Sustainability and Impact Manager. Prior positions include Grants Manager and Managing Director at the University of Washington's Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, and various leadership roles at The Brookings Institution, focusing on security, governance, and global issues. Previous internships at the U.S. Department of State, The National Security Archive, and American University have further enriched Ashley's expertise in policy design, archival research, and international studies. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from American University, a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Seattle University, and a certificate from Georgetown University in Comparative Political and Economic Systems.
