Rebecca McGilley

Rebecca McGilley has served in various leadership roles within the US Army, ICANN, and academia. With experience as a Major in the US Army Signal Corps and Director of Government and IGO Engagement at ICANN, Rebecca has taken on roles such as Executive Officer and Commander, displaying a strong dedication to military service and academic excellence. McGilley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University.
