John Gao

John Gao is an experienced Lead Hand, Assistant Shift Engineer/Shift Engineer, Second Class Power Engineer at Catalyst Paper, where John supervises Power Boilers operations and various other systems. Before this role, John worked as a Control Room Engineer at BCIT and as a Security Officer at Securicare. John also has experience as a Power Engineer at Zellstoff Celgar Ltd. and as a Computer Engineer at a Power Supply Company. John holds a Diploma in Power and Process Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
