Cassie Williams is an experienced leader in the Customer Success field, currently serving as a Power Up Mentor for Women in Customer Success and as a Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Software. In the role of VP of Global Customer Success at FORM, Cassie leads a global team focused on strategic growth and partnership development. Previously, Cassie held various positions, including Director of Customer Success at both FORM and PaySimple, where responsibilities included enhancing team performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Cassie began the career at ServiceSource, progressing from a Channel Account Manager to a Senior Channel Account Manager. Cassie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.
