Cameron Montague

VP of Customer Success at Crayon

Cameron Montague's work experience starts in 2013 when they worked as a Clinical Rehab & Operations Associate at Newton-Wellesley Hospital: Rehabilitation Services until 2015. In 2013, they also worked as a Sports Medicine professional at Massachusetts General Hospital: Sports Medicine Service for a few months. In 2016, they had internships as a Market Manager at Smith & Nephew and as a Product Marketing Manager at Medtronic. In 2017, they joined Crayon as a Customer Operations Manager and later became the Director of Customer Operations. In 2022, they became the VP, Customer Strategy & Engagement until 2023 when they were promoted to the role of VP of Customer Success. Cameron also worked as an MBA Fellow at MassChallenge during 2017.

Cameron Montague's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Additionally, Cameron participated in a Study Abroad program at Bond University. Before that, Cameron obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Physiology from the University of New Hampshire. Alongside their academic achievements, Cameron has also obtained certifications as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER and as a Certified Activator of Competitive Intelligence from Crayon.
