Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software

Christina Pirock has a diverse work experience. Christina started their career as a Community Manager at the American Cancer Society in 2012, where they managed and executed annual Relay For Life events. In 2016, they became an Associate Director of Development at the American Diabetes Association, leading and managing a team and overseeing various fundraising events. Christina then took on the role of Manager of Development, where they exceeded fundraising goals through corporate partnerships and donor relationships. Christina joined Outcome Health in 2018, first as a Customer Success Manager, building and managing strong relationships with enterprise health system accounts. Christina was later promoted to Supervisor of Customer Success, where they led and managed a team of Customer Success Managers. At UPshow, Christina served as the Director of Customer Success from 2021 to 2023, building and managing relationships to ensure customer success throughout the customer lifecycle. Most recently, they worked at Teampay as a Customer Success professional, and is currently employed as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software.

Christina Pirock obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education and Biology, with a biomedical concentration, from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Christina attended from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained certification as an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in May 2013.
