Tim Tuzhba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management within the SaaS and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success & Account Management at Flocktory since June 2017, Tim leads a team focused on enhancing customer experience and retention, while contributing to significant revenue growth initiatives. Tim previously held various roles at Booking.com, effectively increasing client engagement and maximizing bookings. Tim also serves as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, mentoring aspiring leaders in the field. Academically, Tim holds a Master's degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
